The challenge
A small federal agency needed to modernise 25 disconnected, ageing river models and deliver the largest program in its history, without the in-house capacity to run it.
Our role
SISU provided a full program management office, from governance specialists in benefits, change, risk and scheduling to project coordination and secretariat support, meeting every Gateway control required.
The outcome
A successful, well-governed initiation that satisfied every Gateway requirement and moved the program into execution, with SISU continuing PMO support.
